Because there are still Draaaaven fans that would still love to collect that icon...
Would you get it if you received a legendary skin as a gift? Or do you have to do some kind of purchase on your own?
EDIT: shot up a little ticket to Riot support. It's both.
Athenes Lulu1 votesDoesn't really clarify if recipients get it.
In the icons section it says people who participated in the spinning axes thing (which is just getting a mystery skin after a legendary) gets it.
In the Axes section it says people who buy or gift a legendary skin gets it.
Sona Ping1 votesOh c'mon; I did 90% of the work for you already.
IAmDC1 votesYou answered your own question.....PEOPLE WHO BUY OR GIFT.
Cmon man. Think.
Athenes Lulu1 votesThere are 2 different sources saying completely different things.
I'm pretty sure it's the latter, since it's usually the buying path that matters more.
So if I gift someone else a legendary, does that person get the icon is the question, since he gets to participate in the spinning axes thing as well.
IAmDC1 votesNo....Surrender@20, and the Draven Day LoL site, both says the same thing?
Buy, OR GIFT a legendary. Why would someone who gets gifted get the icon?
The person recieving a gift, isnt the one GIFTING. If you gift someone, its you, buying them a skin.
Athenes Lulu1 votesAsked Riot Support a day ago. Looks like it's both recipient and the sender.
