Blitz mains, it could be worse

Its really not too bad. I mean 90% movement speed at max? That's huge! And this way AP blitz will have some draw backs so that he can't just hook and run without possibility of consequence.

It's not even a nerf really. More just a redistribution of power. The burst in speed is pretty massive. It means Blitz won't even really need to burn flash to make a lot of the plays he was flashing for before.
