Solo players are going to get matched with more premades as they slowly take a break from the game
Hopefully the end result is riot finally deciding to do something for solo players but I don't know if they even care tbh.

It's not that they don't care. Don't think that, because it's completely wrong.
They do care, quite a bit. Dynamic queue was created because of player feedback after all. They honestly believe Dynamic Queue is the best thing for their players.
They have even said that if dynamic queue ends up being a mistake they will put solo queue back in. It's an official statement.
