) He was just outplayed and so he left as soon as the match ended....

He didn't need to secure any kill. I would ignite (red buff) someone with 5 hp and he would ult in and kill him, then promptly die himself because he jumped into a 1v5. I had gotten away, but he decided he NEEDED the kill.
That is not justifiable by any means. They didn't have summoner heal up and there was no locket or face of the mountain and he didn't have barrier. The guy would have died by my red buff.
I'm not going to ask why you're defending such a toxic player, but I would just like to address that he was indeed kill STEALING.

becuase youre not obama or pc enough so people dont like you...... panteon was a truly toxic player in that example"i wasnt in the game" but yo know riot and there no logic allowed policy god forbid you get mad at some one who fed and ruined your game or had the worst of manners for a teamamte
in that exact example panteon woulda made my "god willing i will never see you again list"
