You need something on your main page that lists trusted 3rd party apps.
They don't and can't endorse any 3rd party apps no matter what. The problem lies with those programs getting updated; even if they are able to 100% approve it now, there may be security vulnerabilities or features that are counter to the rules in a later version, so they'd have to go through the process of approving it each and every time at the very least, etc.
