Payed 100euros to get 5 gemstones and of course I didnt but I got hextech annie from rerolls so is it worth it? And how much is that skin worth anyway?

Its worth nothing because you do not own it. You are merely renting access to it until riot decides to remove your account and make you pay for everything again.
You payed 100 Euros to get 5 gem stones... then realized you need 5 more to get then skin, but got said skin in a reroll, now you're asking if the skin is worth it? Someone paid $1k US for the skin and still didn't get the gem stones needed. So you decide if it's worth it for YOU or not. Personally, for me, all the hex tech skins can easily be worth $500+. They are also considered priceless, since after any given amount of time, you'll wind up with them after saving your gem stones too.
It's technically worth 10 gemstones, since you were willing to pay 100 euros for 5, it's worth 200 euros.
Personally, if I could pick I'd go for dreadnova darius, but you've been paying so much you should just buy the skin.

It's as valuable as 10 gemstones, which I think is estimated at $500 US.
