A little disapointed in Overwatch

Riot already sent too many subliminal messages through your brain so it is too late to turn back.

Overwatch requires so much communication.

If you are going in solo, chances are your teammates aren't using the voice chat option (at least from my experience I have found that). You shouldn't be afraid to use it though.

It's best to try and communicate objectives and hero swaps with your team to combat different heroes.

Bastion and Torbjorn are the two heroes people are complaining the most about.

Every hero has a counter. Take advantage of this!

Bastion Counters: Genji Pharah Roadhog Widowmaker Junkrat

Torbjorn Counters: Widowmaker Pharah Junkrat

Tracer and Reaper work decently well, but require more skill and are riskier since they have to ambush the builders.

There's a pretty rough learning curve for new players right now, but once you learn the game a little more, you'll realize every hero is OP in certain situations.

Overwatch is almost Exactly like TF2, except you get champions instead of premade characters.
