Fuck your client, honestly.

Never, at any time, should champ select use up more CPU and graphics resources than Arkham City on mid settings. Your client freezes up on me, and I get punished with that autistic 5 minute "dodge" timer? Fix your shit, Riot. At least until I can get my $800 rig setup. Seriously, fucking CHAMP SELECT froze my client LMAO. I had Crysis 2 running at high (no tweaks) at 30 fps somehow, but picking a champ is more frustrating than your r%%%%%ed Kassadin complaining about camps at level 6 and feeding 4 kills in 7 minutes :^) *eye Twitch *

Mine froze the other day and my computer is fine... no error on my end whatsoever, streaming music never paused nor did I lose internet connection. Simply made it to the champ selections and the second row it just said not responding and wouldn't ever respond.

It happened to me earlier. Btw the subsection for this is "Alpha Client" so they may remove your post.

However, this happened with the huge UI update as well... those of us who didn't want to change had more and more problems and errors using the old UI until we were forced into transition. Not to be a conspiracy theorist.

I've had more problems on the new client than I ever did with the old. Finally fed up with it and reverted to the old alpha. Works like a charm. Flawless transition from accepting match, champ select, and loading. If they really want to make a low spec mode for users who don't want to use up hundreds of megabytes of video ram for the client itself, they can just recycle the layout/lack of animated visual effects and there you go. I don't need it to emulate a damn screensaver lmao
