Can someone explain what's going on?

and why are ranked queues disabled?
and why is aatrox disabled?

Aatrox has a bug right now where goes up into the sky and stays there while still being able to move and attack, but he himself can't be harmed.
Also an exodus is an exit.

It appears to me that there is a login queue, and you are in it.
Everytime my wait time hits around 5:00 it shoots back up to 25:00...
