People below my rank is at various times should not be allowed to post. Unless I drop in rank, then people below my new rank should not be allowed to.
People below Gold should have a minimal required posts on Gameplay & Balance per month or have their account locked.
People above Bronze shouldn't be allowed to post, thanks.
