Bring Riot Singed back

I just like playing a lot of Singed but that skin is so cool, is there any way to bring it back? Singed

It's the only RIOT skin that I never see

You can play with me, I got the skin! But I suck with Singed!

But back on topic I do think it should be available. Especially since the Riot skin line is active, makes no sense to keep only this one as unavailable. I would think if enough people complain like they did with Championship Riven they would release it.
