Anyone know how often a key will drop when you win?

Well solo for me it took like 15 wins. (For a fragment, 3 fragments = 1 key)

I know right? I'm playing with friends and I've only gotten one key fragment today and I've been playing for 8 hours. It's pretty dumb how low the drop chance is.

ya the same thing is happening to me. i have 2 chests that i just want to open and i can't get keys for them.
