Literally none of the champions you posted are considered OP except yasuo.

Leblanc - Tons of burst, almost all mage guides have her under the "Dangerous" category, a lot of people I've met just hate fighting her because she's very hard to do a sucessful gank on. She roams a lot and has a lot of kill potential at level 6.

Illaoi, Malzahar, Teemo, Nasus - Their whole kit. Many people just don't know how to handle illaoi, and malzahar's ult you can't really escape from. Teemo has been hated for a long time now, and nasus is just a tanky veigar of top lane.

Zed - Another one that's usually under the "Dangerous" category, many people don't know how to fight him and end up losing lane to him. Many champions rush zhonya's solely because he's on the enemy team.

Fizz - His all in at level 6 is very hard to survive. Even when behind he has enough strength to burst down a single target. His ability to become untargetable is extremely strong for dodging ults. Many people are scared of him and don't know how to properly fight someone like this.

Darius - One of the lowest skillcaps makes him easy to learn and easier to master. He's banned often and he's just annoying in lane. A lot of health and defense, you can't go 1v1 against him if you're melee.

Fiora - She can parry your ult which can be very frustrating. She has a lot of mobility.

Ekko - He has a "Tank" build, he can cc msot of the enemy team, and his ult let's him escape death and run away or escape death and keep fighting which can be frustrating when he only has like 200 health left. He's even a viable pick for mid, top, AND jungle.
