someone said they were transferring me to a Player Behavior Specialist and I don't know if he actually did it. I've been waiting for a long time. Is this not long. idk.

The Player Behaviour team is likely much busier than normal because of the recent ban waves against Cheaters and Bots. One tip, don't reply to your ticket until one of them replies. Every time you "bump" your ticket it puts it to the back of their queue.
