So... where is it? They said it would be released sometime during this patch. In the past, Riot released the skin within the first week of the patch's release. We are almost into the second week of the patch. Soon, it will be patch 7.11. So, where is the dang skin? I have RP to spend. :/ This is just getting ridiculous. I mean, I appreciate the extra work, but come on Riot, quit holding out.

Skins are, 95% of the time, released either Tuesday or Thursday.
Now why not this Thursday? Simply put: MSI capsules. This is the last weekend of those Capsules that contain 2 skin shards. If they released Pulsefire, her shard would of been added to the capsule and it would not be "fair" for those to buy it on Thursday only for it to appear in their MSI capsule if they bought one of those as well.
Soo..they are waiting for MSI to end...so it should be release to buy either this coming Tuesday or Thursday....at least that is my guess.
