New Client is Toaster Unfriendly

I don't care how shiny and smooth everything looks now, I just want an option to lower resolution or disable all the unnecessary animations somewhere so I don't have to deal with this shit anymore. I mean, there even is an option that says "disable animations" but in fact it really doesn't do anything at all. And the new "low spec mode" you added doesn't help either.
