An Ionian storm dragon. I want to be a dragon. A **real **dragon. http://cdn.gurl.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/iron-man-gif.gif

He was announced after Udyr's greatest skin reveal ever. Then, when they showed us this amazing champ, they put him on hold because they changed their minds about the kit and lore. So, now, until they feel like working on him again, he's on hold.

So how do we make them make that champion! I want a Dragon!

We can't, they are too full of new champions and champion updates right now to try on something so big at the moment. We must wait until they give us back info that he's back up and close to being done.

Right now, I'm more worried about Taric. They say their almost done, and I'm anxious.

So are they still producing this champion? just slowly?

tecnically yes. He's still intended to be released, but they have no estimate as to when.

What makes this champion harder to release than other ones?

Well, now, it might be easier with their levels of animation and coding growing. But, even if they get back onto making Ao Shin, we might not see him until September or October. They need to make the kit and finish his lore, while getting someone to do voice, correctly code him, fix any animations, and make a splash art, then do it all over again for a skin (minus the lore).

I'd love to see this champion, and personally I think they should pick someone with a deep voice to voice him someone like the man who voiced smaug in the hobbit

I think they set expectations so high that they're having trouble delivering to their satisfaction. I think they mentioned that some of the original ideas that had been scrapped went into another champ. I assume Yasuo(windwall) but... we really don't know.

I couldnt see a dragon being tht hard to make... just balancing may be hard.

He was a dragon-like champion that looked like this http://i3.minus.com/ibfhlJsCwOivDU.jpg who was teased in 2013 but never happened, and most likely never will.
