I just got ultimate cheesed. Is this a glitch? I thought you werent supposed to be able to use abilities.

ACTIVE: After a 0.5 second delay, Tryndamere instantly receives FURY and becomes immune to death for 5 seconds during which his health cannot fall below 1. This move is usable even when under the effects of hard crowd control.
