Which jungler could 1v1 Master Yi when both has full build?

I was discussing with an enemy player (top nautilus) about why I believed Master Yi with Sated is broken. (Every 2nd hit with devourer causes a phantom hit while he already has a passive that grants a double strike every 4th hit making him strike 4 times with the 2 passives combined)

when he casually claimed that there is an AA dependent Jungler who could 1v1 Master Yi no problem even if they were both at full builds.

I guessed quite a few champs, Shyvana and Jax being some of the few, but he kept denying all of them then exited the lobby.

Anyone have any clue who that might be?

Kayle. Rammus, too, but he's not an AA jungler.

Irelia prolly could do it.

she has near spammability of her E which gives her edge when he activates his R.

Kayle also a devour user and her ult keeps her safe.

Warwick also a devour user, can heal yi's damage and his ult keeps yi from doing anything for a bit.
