Ranked - What do you like / hate about it?

Pros:

• I enjoy winning (obviously) and being able to earn my rank through sheer effort.
• People take it seriously (usually) so I know they're unlikely to be careless.
• Those sweet rewards at the end of the Ranked Season.
• Making new friends and being able to play with people you trust.
• Helps you improve overtime, so even in normals you can dominate.
• Gives you all the more reason to stick around and keep playing League of Legends.

Cons:

• People tend to be more toxic than usual, since you're at risk of losing LP.
• If you're below Gold, there are people who bash you for not being there.
• I feel like crap if i'm not Gold, hence obligated to reach Gold.
• Cannot carry a team when someone is feeding, afk or trolling.
• Enemy team can purposely pick OP champions to stomp your game.
• Stressful and not really fun, despite I enjoy ranked if that makes sense.
• Losing a few games in a row leads to some serious tilting.

What do you guys like / hate about Ranked? I think my biggest Pro is the feeling when you, at some point did something amazing to turn the game around and help your team win ... while my biggest Con is how unfair the match system is, since I have fought Platinum players in Silver matches. Like, come on Riot, let me fight against Silvers, not smurfs please. I've fought too many that drove my allies into FFing at 20 minutes exactly.
