I find those other abilities about 1/10 as toxic as fizz E

But fizz is just damage. The rest are hard, hard CC. And with that CC, they have a follow up CC. It also has a heavy mana cost. Plus, you can still burst down fizz when he comes down. You don't burst those 3.

Yep it's worse than Fizz's E, with gragas for example, you get cc'd and just die, if Fizz does it you can still get away (flash, dash whatever) because it's a slow.
