I wish I was a Riot employee...

...so that I could run a ban campaign against everybody that trolled me.

Never heard of tyler1 before. I'm not even defending him, as apparently he is claimed to be a salty and toxic player. it's just kind of messed up that lower elo's have to deal with trolls and feeders every game, and get told that its just part of the game. But troll a riot employee, and the standards suddenly change.

So you're saying that tyler1 shouldn't be banned because trolls exist in League of Legends? There are systems in place to deal with your standard, run-of-the-mill negative/toxic players; however, when you scale things up to tyler1's level and consistently create new accounts and stream negative interactions with no intent on reform, yes, things hopefully change at one point or another.

no, he should be banned. you didn't read what I wrote, you just saw Tyler1 and thought I was defending him.

I'm saying that lower elo's consistently get told that these trolls are part of the game and to deal with it, but just because we are neither a riot employee, nor have 6K people watching us stream, that the said troll gets to continue playing.

I want riot to take this same initiative at banning trolls across all elo's, and not just ones they personally encounter.

Yeah, for everyone who doesn't have 20 accounts to go through, that's what Instant Feedback is for:

which doesn't actually work for intent feeders. notice how long tyler1 went on trolling until he played against Phreak, then oh suddenly he's permabanned. what a coincidence.

It's something they are finding a balance for, but there is an Intentional Feeding detection system.

Whether it's too undertuned is another story.

that's the only story that matters. we all know there is a system there, but if its so undertuned that it doesn't work, then thats a problem.

Riot ARE banning trolls across all elos. Indefinite bans are only handed to people who also stream, because Riot can't ban people just for being in the same IP region with some offender. The fact that tyler1 got banned so often proves that the system is actually working. People are getting banned - but there is simply no way to keep them from creating/buying new accounts unless they are streaming the game.
