If you fail at every part of a role, and show extreme misunderstanding of a champions mechanics you're a troll. Don't act like you aren't. If you aren't bronze or unranked and play as if you're one I see no reason why I shouldn't report you for assisting the enemy team.
Being bad at a game is not trolling. It's called "intentional" feeding for a reason. According to your sophistry, most players who lose their lane should be reported for assisting the enemy team. Don't talk like you've never misunderstood a champion or sucked at a role before. Everybody's gone through that period, and some are still going through that period. You just have to respect that fact.
As a newer player, I find this very offensive. I have two champions which right now, I am still learning how to run efficiently

. When you get a new champion, you have to experiment to see what works best for you and until you do, there's nothing you can really do about your deaths.
Trolls being trolls is one thing, but reporting people because you think they belong in bronze/unranked is just harassment. I just want you to know that if you use the report function a lot, it becomes meaningless and your reports don't count. (plus, you can be banned for using the report function to harass or coerce others)

everyone at my bronze elo says this until they have the game in which they just got stomped on and cant do anything to even catch back up... but hey then u can just blame it on the jungler right?
What if you suck but get carried to gold during placements? If you get reported for sucking, you'd get banned before you can lose your way back down. I
