I feel like Zeds going to be getting this years victorious skin.
Hes still got a 60% banrate and a pretty decent pick rate when hes not banned.

I don't really think a high banrate dictates who's getting the skin. I feel like it could go to a midlaner though since every other role has received one already. Viktor or Azir perhaps with how important they've been in the lcs.
It would probably be a top laner now. Maybe Victorious Poppy.
