I've seen one enemy use hextech Annie since she's been released.

Though I would like to get her myself one day, essentially all it shows this early on is how much money you're willing to splurge at once considering the only way to get it is with the 5% droprate (dont know the actual percent) from chests.

Currently sitting on 3 of the 10 I need.

I saw one hextech annie. She played so well, the enemy (toxic) Riven reported her for cheating.

I did get 2 rare gems, but i don't play annie that much so i just traded them for a chest and key

As someone who isn't able to reliably put money in the game, I have gotten maybe 2 gems... which I immediately turned into more chests, because I'm not going to wait a year for a technically free skin.

I don't own it, and probably never will. It's a special snowflake skin at best (though admittedly does look nice) but is essentially just another big push to try to make players not get free chests and instead buy them.
