That could be interesting, considering that Viktor is and always has been a very skilled engineer, although I think it'd be better if her 'Father' remained Corin Reveck, but instead, he could not finish the machine alone... Learning of Viktor's involvement in Blitzcrank's Creation (and possibly knowing that Stanwick stole credit) Corin comes forward to Viktor with a challenge: create a new child for him out of Techmaturgy, which would further Viktor's "Glorious Evolution" since he would learn how to create purely Techmaturgy Children and solve any issues related to reproduction. Viktor accepts this challenge, incorporating knowledge he had gained from his own transformation in order to further improve the intended design. When Orianna was completed, both Corin and Viktor felt like there was something missing... So Viktor created the Ball that serves as her pet (and faithful companion)
Orianna, now 'reborn' as a Techmaturgy marvel, was deemed a success by both parties, who brought her forth to the League of Legends to fulfill her purpose. However, when she attempted to interact and befriend other Champions, her nature (being not just a Techmaturgy-based being, but also a creation of Viktor) found herself isolated and hated. Frustrated at this, she secretly renounced Viktor having taken any part in her creation (to improve her social interactions) Infuriated by both Orianna's renouncing of him (meaning yet ANOTHER project by his hands was entirely credited to someone else.) and also angry at the fact that Orianna refused to see the benefits of his "Glorious Revolution" he decided he must remove her as a new obstacle in his path to "Improve" Humanity (and may or may not have killed her 'Father' out of spite, I leave that last bit to Riot)
: Humanity is imperfect and should be as close to completely mechanical as possible. I see no reason why any machine wouldn't want to stay that way.
