The fans who watch pro league, at home and in person, don't turn into absolute fucking r%%%%%s. fans of real sports like, Hockey, foot ball, and soccer, turn into fucking animals when their teams preform poorly. So I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who watches pro league and doesn't act like a r%%%%%. Thank you.
I mean, I think a huge part of it is that it's hard for a lot of people to generate a connection with an individual team. We just want to see SOME team have a really great game and outplay the opposite team, doesn't matter which one. I'm sure there are die hard fans out there, but they're much fewer in number compared to traditional sports that are tied to a certain city.
If we overreacted like most sports fans, Bjerg would be benched every other week and Dyrus would have had a likely fake injury keeping him off the field for some really tall young dude.
