Idea how to make honor more rewarding

I think honor must satisfy two feelings: when your members evaluate you after game for your performance, and when new teammates see your ribbon. The first one can be improved if given honor won't be impersonal (so you would see who honored you), and if you could get it in after game chat, not in main menu.

I think it will be perfect if in chat people will able to honor teammate, write him couple words in honor message, and other people in chat will see that honor and message. I think this will motivate people - everybody likes to be liked. Not sure should honor have the name of player who send it, probably no.
