One where you get banned from that queue for acting like a child? If you whine, instalock, troll, or cry about verbal abuse you just can't play on the adult queue?
Sometimes I want to relax and play a game with other average adult minded humans instead of a constantly complaining kid and it would be awesome to have the option.
The sad fact is that most of these "children" you see are actually adults. That is not a 12 year old boy that just raged and cursed you out. That was a freakin' 30 year old man.

Just play during school hours. I find that League in the morning/afternoon is significantly less toxic at those times compared to evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
