Champion select quotes from other players should come back

I understand that some players had trouble with hearing when it was their turn to chose in the new champion select because of the quotes but why weren't they made an option instead of completely removing them?

Personally I thought hearing all the champions being chosen added some kind of hype before the game and gave a more unique atmosphere.

Such as hearing "As I live, all will die" "Let's go, let's GO" and " We will kill your enemies, that will be fun" just gave me an idea of how battle ready these guys are to fight the enemies.

Also, removing the quotes made champ select awfully quiet, it's just the epic music and some other sounds that are there, including the quote from the champion you select.
