Would you make Olaf a juggernaut?

Thematically, gameplay-wise and lore-wise he is everything that defines a juggernaut. So I was wondering if this was ever in consideration.

Keep in mind that I'm not asking for a "buff" per se. Rather more of a juggernaut gimmick that enhances his identity.
