We need a new Offense/Defense hybrid item Riot

We already have:

  1. AD + Magic Resist item 3155item 3156
  2. AP + Magic Resist item 3001
  3. AP + Armor item 3157
  4. AD + Armor <---Missing

I know it isn't part of the game for a reason. Perhaps it has been brought up and addressed before? If so please enlighten me if I have missed it.

Spear of Gelerdria

item 1031 Chain Vest (750g) + item 1037 Pickaxe (875g) + 725g = 2350g +40 attack damage +50 armor

Unique Active: Next basic attack inflicts an extra physical damage of 50% of the user total AD and cause Grievous Wounds on target champion for 3 seconds (60 Second CD). (8 second window)

Melee users gain 75 range to the empowered basic atk.

This to fill in some way the previous Executioner Calling item.

Something like this:

NEW ITEM: Helm of Equilibrium

Recipe:

item 3155 Hexdrinker + item 3191 Seeker's Armguard + 650g

Stats:

+45 magic resistance +45 armor +35 ability power +35 attack damage

total cost: 3300g

PASSIVE:

UNIQUE – LIFELINE: Upon taking magic damage that would reduce health below 30%, grants a shield that absorbs 400 magic damage for 5 seconds (90 second cooldown).

ACTIVATE: UNIQUE: Shield yourself for 4 seconds, absorbing up to 40 (+ 20 per level) damage. 90 second cooldown.

The shield values can be tweak but the main problem is no that... The real problem is that Jax says: heellooooo!!!

Already have item 3170 for AP-Armor-MR... just move that to SR too...

now for AD-Armor-MR...

item 3155 + item 1031 + 500 = 2700

+40 AD +40 Armor +40 MR

Look, I'll be honest here.

ADCs and bruisers would abuse the shit out of it. Want Vi JarvanIV RekSai to dominate again (okay, they're fun and cool to play with and against, but pretty damn strong last season)?
