i love it when there's a Draven on the enemy team and I'm supporting - he telegraphs his position, and if he dodges the skill shot, he drops his axes... damage reduced.
Draven's pretty high-risk compared to Vayne, what with the whole "My DPS entirely relies on me juggling in a fight" shtick.
He was overpowered when his axes made people bleed (and it stacked), being the only ADC that had 100 damage per basic attack without any AD boosting. Now, he's pretty well-balanced, if a bit bipolar in his success.
Draven can be a beast unless you have a good support with a hook. It's so easy as a support since you know where he is going to catch his axes.
He's 100% balanced

the problem about vayne isnt her damage, the problem is that its almost impossible to stop her from dealing it
He is definitely harder to play than vayne. But his q dmg could be reduced a little bit for early game
