Is there any work being done on Olaf at the moment? Anything regarding his kit and/or VU? I feel he doesn't get mentioned much at all because most people don't care too much for him due to the fact that everything about him is so outdated.

I agree, his kit is getting a little outdated, and his model is garbage. Riot please fix this.
Olaf was just picked up by FNC in their game vs H2K in the EU LCS, and did extremely well. I think he's pretty fine, seeing as he got a TU as well. His kit's not exactly toxic, and it's not falling to Urgot-level pickrates either. I think he's sitting at a pretty reasonable place.
He is actually becoming a really viable jungle pick, his passive and w with a simple lifesteal item, you can live in the jungle all damn day.
first time olaf jungle, i farmed jungle till i could get upgraded machete, boots and cloth armor, ganked bot and managed to get a triple. That set me up to hit 6/0 and then die at 16:00 or so(they wanted my body). Wasn't confident in my build and definilty made some cringe probably, but i got it to work.

my main thoughts in battle were to hit as many as possible with the q, mainly ez though and use the cutless to slow him down so that we could lock him down. Of course with being fed lots of cc was wasted on me because of my ult XD. But once the carries were out just aa anything that wants to fight you with your team helping you throughout.
