Patch killed teambuilder?

Logged on today (1st log since the update) and team builder is dead. It usually only takes 3 seconds to find a game as an adc/marksman, but today I sat in queue for over 5 min, so then I start my own room and it took FOREVER to get anyone for ANY lane. No one using teambuilder anymore?

I think that's because everyone wants to play ADC...
