Enhancement Devour- What it's AS

I was checking someones Match History and while reading Yi's build I saw that Enhancement Devour (stalker Blade) gives 50%AS while the item description on LoL is that it gives 40% AS

Which one is correct, if stalker blade does give 50% in-game AS then I'm missing so much.

Or is it some kind of bug in Match History?
