[Petition] Next OFA: Teemo VS Karthus

Given that they are the only 2 that are unavailable in regular OFA, I say we should make the next OFA a special case where they are the ONLY 2 champs that can be picked. It'd be that battle of the Shrooms vs the Team-Wide Ults! RITO PLS :P
