- Storm Leash/Break Range increased to 1250/2500/3750 from 1100 at all ranks

- Now also causes stunned targets to burn for 10-100 (+15% AP) magic damage over 5 seconds (based on level)
- Stun Duration changed to 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds from 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds (at levels 1/6/11/16) Q
- Damage reduced to 50/75/100/125/150 (+45% AP) from 80/115/150/185/220 (+80% AP)
- NEW: Now stores up to 3/3/4/4/5 charges for use (Cool Down between uses is 0.1 seconds)
- Recharge Time reduced to 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 seconds from 4 seconds at all ranks
- Cast Time reduced to 0.1 seconds E
- New Passive: Increases the cast range of Annie's other abilities by 25/50/75/100/125 (+3 per level) R
- Tibbers now lasts until killed or the ability is cast again
- Tibber's Health increased to 1500/2750/4000 (+200/275/350% AP) from 1200/2100/3000
- Tibber's Basic Attack Damage increased to 80/115/150 (+25% AP) from 50/75/100 (+15% AP)
- Tibber's Base Attack Speed increased to 0.8/0.95/1.1 from 0.625 at all ranks

- Base Mana increased to 500 (+75 per level) from 350 (+42 per level)
- Base Mana Regen. increased to 15 (+1.5 per level) from 6 (+0.8 per level) Q

Q : Always knocks up, with duration scaling with charge time
W : Explosion range increased by 50 each rank into it
E : Can also now throw champions
R : Can ult on the X, Y, and now also Z axis allowing him to imitate pantheon ult and go over walls.
passive: mark has no cooldown
q: all enemies hit are blinded
w: using w now also grounds enemies for 3 seconds
e: resets on kills
r: has no cast time
Q : Hitting a champion stuns them instead of leaving a slowing field, shockwave knocks up all enemies on it.
W : Grants 50% damage reduction when low health instead of bonus armor and magic resist. When an enemy dashes into it, they are flung back like being hit with Tristana's ult.
E : Can move over walls, target allies and wards, and stuns even if you don't hit a wall.
R : Returns you to your fountain if fully charged, if just a quick slam, you take lots of fall damage from being thrown up so high.
