Anivia Passive

  • Cool Down reduced from 240 seconds to 240/210/180/150/120/90/60 seconds (at levels 1/4/7/10/13/16/18) W
  • Wall Length increased from 400/500/600/700/800 to 500/750/1000/1250/1500
  • Wall Duration increased to 6/8/10/12/14 seconds from 5 seconds at all ranks
  • Cool Down changed to 30/25/20/15/10 seconds from 25 seconds E
  • Now deals true damage against Chilled targets R
  • Mana Cost increased to 100/150/200 mana from 75 mana
  • Removed cost per second
  • Starting Radius reduced to 100 from 200
  • Ending Radius increased to 450/575/700 from 400 at all ranks
  • NEW: Anivia can now place up to 1/2/3 storms at once that last until she is killed or moves too far away from them
  • Storm Leash/Break Range increased to 1250/2500/3750 from 1100 at all ranks

Annie Passive

  • Now also causes stunned targets to burn for 10-100 (+15% AP) magic damage over 5 seconds (based on level)
  • Stun Duration changed to 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds from 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds (at levels 1/6/11/16) Q
  • Damage reduced to 50/75/100/125/150 (+45% AP) from 80/115/150/185/220 (+80% AP)
  • NEW: Now stores up to 3/3/4/4/5 charges for use (Cool Down between uses is 0.1 seconds)
  • Recharge Time reduced to 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 seconds from 4 seconds at all ranks
  • Cast Time reduced to 0.1 seconds E
  • New Passive: Increases the cast range of Annie's other abilities by 25/50/75/100/125 (+3 per level) R
  • Tibbers now lasts until killed or the ability is cast again
  • Tibber's Health increased to 1500/2750/4000 (+200/275/350% AP) from 1200/2100/3000
  • Tibber's Basic Attack Damage increased to 80/115/150 (+25% AP) from 50/75/100 (+15% AP)

Azir

  • Base Mana increased to 500 (+75 per level) from 350 (+42 per level)
  • Base Mana Regen. increased to 15 (+1.5 per level) from 6 (+0.8 per level) Q
  • Now only affects Sand Soldiers within a 2000 radius around the targeted location
  • Range is now extended to be within 500 units of any Sand Soldier (if you are across the map, this can be cast within 500 units of a Sand Soldier outside the normal range) W
  • Sand Soldiers duration increased to 10/15/20/25/30 seconds from 9 seconds at all ranks
  • Whenever a Sand Soldier attacks, it's duration is refreshed
  • Azir can now attack with Sand Soldiers from all across the map
  • Sand Soldiers will no longer disappear if Azir moves too far away from them R

Gangplank E

  • Barrels now last indefinitely
  • Barrels now pierce 40/55/70/85/100% of your bonus armor from 40% at all ranks R
  • NEW: Now stores up to 2/3/4 charges for use
  • Cool Down reduced to 60/40/20 seconds from 180/160/140 seconds

Teemo Q

  • Now also applies near-sighted (Quinn blind) to enemy champions hit for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds
  • Cool Down reduced to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds from 8 seconds at all ranks W
  • Passive Movement Speed provided increased to 15/20/25/30/35% (+5% per 100 AP) from 10/14/18/22/26%
  • Active Movement Speed provided increased to 30/40/50/60/70% (+10% per 100 P) from 20/28/36/44/52% E
  • Now deals the magic damage per second for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds from 4 seconds at all ranks R

  • Mushrooms now last indefinitely

Sion Q : Always knocks up, with duration scaling with charge time W : Explosion range increased by 50 each rank into it E : Can also now throw champions R : Can ult on the X, Y, and now also Z axis allowing him to imitate pantheon ult and go over walls.

Poppy Q : Hitting a champion stuns them instead of leaving a slowing field, shockwave knocks up all enemies on it. W : Grants 50% damage reduction when low health instead of bonus armor and magic resist. When an enemy dashes into it, they are flung back like being hit with Tristana's ult. E : Can move over walls, target allies and wards, and stuns even if you don't hit a wall. R : Returns you to your fountain if fully charged, if just a quick slam, you take lots of fall damage from being thrown up so high.

Passive: Vel'koz is now healed for 60/70/80/90% of true damage dealt from this passive (At levels 1/6/11/16) Q: Continues to split at a 90 degree angle until it does not hit a target. W: Base damage and scaling on initial burst increased to 50/90/110/130 (+40% ap) From 30/50/70/90/ 110 (+ 15% AP), Secondary burst deals 15/20/25/30/35% Increased damage. E: Enemies hit are marked, if they receive true damage from Vel'koz within the next 2 seconds, they are stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and take 40/50/60/70/80 (+10% ap) Bonus magic damage. R: Channel cannot be canceled, Vel'koz also gains 30/40/50% damage reduction during the channel and cannot be crowd controlled.

Nocturne

Passive: Bonus damage increased to 120/130/140/150% (Levels 1/6/11/16) from 120%, Healing increased to 45/55/65 per unit hit from 10/18/26 Q: Any enemy units hit or enemy units that stand on the trail take 20/30/40/50/60 magic damage every 0.5 seconds, Enemy units hit directly are marked, if Nocturne hits them with a basic attack, the mark is consumed and they take 50% true damage from the basic attack and burn for 4/5/6/7/8% of their max hp as true damage over 3 seconds. Jinx Q

  • Rockets no longer consume mana
  • Minigun AS bonus at 3 stacks increased from 0-70% (based on level) to 30-200% (based on level) plus 40/50/60/70/80% scaling with Q rank.
  • Minigun now has no AS cap.

R

  • Resets whenever passive is procced.
  • Now collides with and deals damage to structures.

Increase mana by 200 per level up Passive: everything drops 2 souls (SOULS EVERYWHERE). Q: reduce cooldown by 20% W: increase range by 30% E: Double the damage for every soul R: Walls stun instead of slowing, also every wall deals damage

Passive: equipment mastery: gains 3 hp per point of bonus ad and 2 hp per point of ap. Q: Applies on hit effects and has a 1:1 ap ratio and 1:1 TOTAL ad ratio W: Runs a 6/5/4/3/2 sec cd, and hits aoe E: Now runs a 7/6/5/4/3 sec cd, and gives 20/25/30/35/40% dodge chance, can only be used after dodging R: Basic attacks now give 8/10/12% attack speed stacking up to 6 times.
