Actually there is a good chance it wont be. There was mention of wanting to get it into testing as soon as possible so we can start untangling as many bugs/adding features as possible. With that in mind I wouldn't be surprised to see it only on PBE for 2-3 patches although sooner is always a possibility.

New Warwick Q with Lichbane and Nashor's, it procs on-hit effects. Total of 165%. If you are looking for the most damage on one spell though, Pantheon ult might outclass it, 1000 base damage + 100% AP scaling.

Glad we will have sandbox now, I would love to see who does more.

Highest damaging ability on monster camps(and everyone in general) goes to Nunu ult. 1165 base damage with a 1:2.5 AP ratio at max charge. Biggest ratio in the game with the only thing that ever beat it being old Zilean's ultimate.

Actually, assuming you have 972 AP, which is 6 Deathcaps with no runes or masteries, Nunu's ult would deal 3555 damage where Fiddlesticks and Rammus' ults would deal 3812 and 3893 damage respectively.

Fiddlesticks: 1625+2.25 AP Rammus: 1560+2.4 AP

I played this on pbe lol, its so fun to have Ivern brush the entire base or lane. Also Teemo Not to mention i found a build of sona that can 1v1 towers now :D
