Story of my life
Now we watch the support main in it's natural habitat.
It humbly requests for the favored role. But is denied and sent against a hungry predator Zed.
I fear he will not survive the laning phase.
Honestly, I'm okay with getting forced into another roll. My issue is when someone takes my preferred role which I can carry well on and just feeds for days. Like 5 death minus 80 cs type of feeding.
The last game this happened to me:
Me- calls and is given jung Me- "I'll Sion, Udyr, or Trundle" First pick- bans Sion, Udyr and Trundle, locks in jungle Yi after he called ADC Me- "Bruh really?" First pick- "bet you're only picking them because they're FOTM" Me- "lolwat, of them only Sion is FOTM, and I played him as a jungler even before Cinderhulk made him broken" First pick- "dun care, dont trust a random to play them. Bet you'll farm all game and be toxic when you never gank" Me- forced to play ADC, "I uh...suck at ADC" Team- argues a bunch and so I pick Twitch vs their Kalista
16 minutes later: Master Yi to "prove a point" tries and fails to gank every lane to the point he's 0/6 and he's lvl 6 when the rest of us are 8+ Team's arguing, Master Yi shouts in all-chat how scrubby I am because the enemy Kalista's fed when in fact I'm 0/0 and the Kalista is 4/0 off of Yi and Kat (who also failed multiple ganks), but ignores the fact she's down literally 50 CS
20 minutes: Team tries to surrender, I vote no because I see the game is winnable (200 CS while everyone on the enemy team has only around 100 (yeah, this was when my MMR was crap and I played with Silvers)) and Yi votes no to be a troll
40 minutes: We win, I'm 18/4/20, Yi shuts up around the 30 minute mark when I get a Quadra Me- "Yi, don't ban my mains and maybe the game'll be less painful yeah?" Yi- Leaves

A mistake in communication (that was entirely my fault) made me pick ADC Ashe with a "support" ADC Varus. I asked my team to just have fun, and it led to me building

We won lane, and the game. I don't feel bad about my mistake anymore. Just have fun, and don't qq (unless it's ranked).

I only play glass cannon AP mids and the enemy locks on Veigar(before his rework)

I don't mean to burst anyone's bubble, but this is kind of the reason why I'm trying my best to have at least one preferred champ in every role. That way I can still at least try my very best no matter what role I was forced into. My preference order is as follows:
Main - 
mid
support
jungle
ADC (though I seem to be out of practice with her... .
top (though I've been trying to find another top-lane champ despite how much I like him)
Queues up for ranked only being able to play one role with one champion, then gets upset when everyone doesn't beckon to their will.
This game... i swear
This is the one reason why I don't say which champ I'm going to play till after the banning phase.
