w voltile spiderling: will now double as a teemo shroom w skittering frenzy: now shreds armor and magic resist by 5% per hit
e caccoon: double stun time (4 seconds at max rank) e rappel: now twlight shroud upon hitting the ground
r spider: grants a decaying movement speed bonus
now imagine, human elise walks up to you qw, as your slowed and blinded as she goes into spider elise blinks on top of you and lunges, then begins to shred your armor with frenzy, shit goes bad? that ok cause caccoon is now double the time and rappel now shrouds.
now thats how you make a doom bot.

Passive: In addition to the normal passive, all her spells have a 50% chance to root the enemies.
Q: Fires in all directions and slows all enemies hit. When the projectiles split, more are created and split one last time.

Q: Attacking does not consume the buff, Garen just gets boosted Auto attacks for the entire duration
W: Duration halved, is invincible for duration
E: If Q is cast during his E, damage from E is increased by same amount as Q and silences target. Silence is applied again for each tick
R: Kills reset cooldown fully, everyone is a villain
q: cast delay reduced to 0.5 secs regardless of whether you're in combat or not.
W: adds six stacks instead of two

:
Passive: Armor bonus is 75%, applies the reset effect bonus to nearby allied champions.
Passive: Chimes spawn like EVERYWHERE, CONSTANTLY.
Q: Cosmic Binding is twice as long. When it hits a second enemy, it returns to Bard, dealing double damage and slowing enemies hit by 60% for 2 seconds.
W: Shrines deal 20/30/40/50/60 (+10% AP) damage to enemy units near them. When an enemy destroys them, they take 40/70/100/130/160 (+40% AP) damage.
E: Magical journey pulls enemies within 400 units through it. When an enemy leaves the journey, they're slowed by 10% for 1 second for each three Teemos they travelled. (Maximum 60% slow for 6 seconds).
R: Enemies can still be damaged while in stasis. Stasis lasts twice as long.


Passive: Ignore 80% armor on 3rd shot. Range increases by 25 per level.

Passive: his mana is merely cosmetic, he's actually resourceless.
Also 1.6 base attack speed and 30 bonus ad.
