Funny thing is that power wise Urgot is in a pretty good place. His nerfs since his LCS days have been pretty minor and most certainly didn't kill him off.

Vlad comes off as Annie with spell vamp to me. Decent damage but low range, can get tanky (especially health-wise), and are both red-headed.

yea but.. spell vamp was removed from items..

Sure there's still quints.. and some things but.. he isn't as strong as he used to be.

They are high skillcap and were mega nerfed. Their kits actually work in the games current state. Urgot has been a trash champion for a long time except for a brief moment of fame in s5. He has a super outdated kit. It's not to the point of singed where to rework him would to be to make him a completely different champion. It doesn't make sense in the ga.es current state.
