does only the player playing camille hear the lines, or does everyone with her on their screen hear them.

if everyone hears it, then this default champ is higher quality than every ultimate skin, especially elementalist lux

I believe everyone near her (15 foot radius) can hear it, because most of her dialogue are taunts. Since she mostly has 1-2 lines for a certain champion, i'm sure you can hear her taunt as well. As for personal dialogue, I am unsure ... all I know is she is the most savage talker in the roster to even make Kled blush lol.

Edit: Personal dialogue as in she's talking to herself. Quotes like, "Target Neutralized" might be something only the player hears, but her taunts are heard by everyone nearby Camille.

Everyone hears unique taunts, jokes, and kill quotes. And not only Camille has them.

I got killed by a Star Guardian Jinx as Lulu before and everyone in bot lane heard her say "How did that taste, Lulu?"
