Kled : Runnin's is for wusses, and chasing trespassers is my 4th favorite thing to do, after killing em', drinking mushroom juice, and eating tacos.

When Kled dismounts, he has really, really low MS, reduced AD and about 1.3k HP at level 18 I think, but gets increased attack range and gets a MS buff when moving towards enemies :p

To be fair, Kled is in a very bad spot when dismounted, and the Q is used to safely get Skaarl back without having to hard engage.
