You're both wrong, the answer is Lucian, his ult's name is "The Culling". David killed the Giant with a slingshot, Lucian's passive is called LightSLINGER, his Q is named "Piercing Light", coming from the saying "Eyes can pierce the soul", and saying bright was light. His W explodes in a star pattern. A synonym to his E is relentlessly, with his E being named "Relentless Pursuit"
