This dude is unrealistically powerful for his design/lore

Seriously, a blind guy is allowed to be a champion? He should be in a hospital!!!

So here are my nerf suggestions:

R (CHANGE): renamed to "WHY AM I EVEN HERE?" Lee Sin calls his hospital aide, removing him from the game and delivering him immediately to the nearest hospital for his optics exam. For a period of 45 minutes, Lee stays in the waiting room inpatiently as the doctor is taking far too long.

This activates immediately if Surgeon Shen, Nurse Akali or Kennen MD is on the other team

also, what I'm saying is what the HELL is a blind guy doing here? There are monsters from another world, celestial beings, and the strongest human soldiers duking it out here. How does a blind guy go up against, say, a silent assassin like Rengar? Or a titan like Nautilus? How does he not get smashed?

Well, they Summoner's Rift is a place where a champ's power is adjusted, like Lee Sin, he'll be more durable when in the Rift. That explains.
