You paste the URL for the gif, then you post it. If it doesn't work (give it a few seconds first), you edit it and add ?noredirect to the end of the URL.

If that doesn't work... Idk. I've heard some people say it has problems if the URL is too long, so you could try uploading it somewhere else.
