Despite having the lowest winrate in all of League (according to Lolking) we decided to nerf him again.
This time we removed his sand soldiers, controlling three champions at once is just ridiculous.
Pantheon's Q now does bleed damage
his Q's would slow with the third hitting for missing hp%
his W would apply to enemies so you could always stick to someone.
E would probably have a 3 sec cd.
R pretty much what it is now but probably double the base damage and all damage done all at once.
edit: i forgot base movement speed 350 base armor 4th highest in game hp regen second to only heimer hp scaling roughly 10th highest. base attack speed 15 highest. (what you would get is something that can rival tank ekko in cancer)
E is now AoE

passive: gains Runic Shards for every 1 kill or 3 assists, increasing his own armor and MR. every 5 minutes, A Runic Shard will appear near Wukong for him to collect.
Runic Shards: each stack gives 2 armor and MR (maxes out at 40 rune stones) in addition, for every 10 Runic Shards Wukong has, he gains a bonus 5% health regen and attack speed.
Q - passive: increases range by 10/15/20
active: gains a bonus 125 range with a red circle around him to indicate his range (
effect). on hit, reduces enemy armor by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3 seconds
W- Wukong's decoy gains a bonus effect if he uses another ability near it:
Q - If Wukong targets an enemy within the range of the decoy, the decoy also attacks Wukongs target, further reducing enemy armor by 5/6/8/9/10% E - the Decoy dashes to the same target as Wukong, dealing bonus damage and increasing attack speed by another 10/13/16/18/20%
E- If the attack happens on a thursday from the hours of 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wukong instantly takes half his targets health attack speed bonus reduced to 15/20/25/30/35% from 30/35/40/45/50%
R: after a short channel, Wukong's staff grows outward and he spins it around, dealing damage and knocking up enemies. Wukong gains Movement Speed over the duration of the spell. Range of ult increases by 200/250/300 units at lvls 10/14/18
