When I looked it up in the middle of a class in high school (I watched it a bit more then) a classmate looked at me and said, "What the fuck is this little kid show?"

its from a show called happy tree friends, the green guy's name is "flippy" and he is a war vet. due to PTSD he developed second personality where he goes full sociopath mode and starts killing everyone in the most creative of ways.
