Rito does not want to balance anything guys... Riot wants you to play the chars they want you to play. They want you to be forced to play a certain pool of chars to direct you and for you to buy the OP chars. Not so hard to understand...
With the sheer number of champions and differing abilities, making it 100% balanced is never going to happen.
